Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator - North Aurora
At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in North Aurora. Shift Patterns
- 2nd Shift: 3pm to 11pm Tuesday thru Saturday - Overtime is available
Pay Rates
- 23.00 - 25.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator
- Possess at least one year of experience in staffing and warehouse or logistics operations.
- Demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Maintain a high level of reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent operational support.
- Be capable of performing physical tasks, including walking the warehouse, lifting and moving materials as required for warehouse operations.
Skills and Qualifications for Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator
- Proficiently utilize Google Sheets for accurate data entry, tracking employees, and generating reports.
- Apply knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management principles and workflow optimization.
- Effectively manage and update employee records, including breaks and attendance tracking.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all data entry and inventory tasks.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage tasks and maintain order in a dynamic warehouse setting.
- Exhibit proactive behavior by identifying potential issues and offering solutions to support workflow efficiency.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with warehouse associates and supervisors.
Role Responsibilities for Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits to ensure stock integrity.
- Facilitate clear communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members.
- Monitor and update employee attendance and break schedules.
