About the Opportunity

Are you a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Systems Architect looking to expand your impact beyond individual projects and into enterprise-wide technology strategy? Our client is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join a growing architecture and strategy team supporting high-visibility technology initiatives across the organization. This role offers an opportunity to partner with business and technology leaders, contribute to strategic planning efforts, and develop the skills needed to grow into an Enterprise Architecture career path. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and an interest in helping connect business goals with technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand organizational goals, challenges, and technology needs
• Support architecture planning activities by documenting current-state and future-state technology solutions
• Create architecture diagrams, workflows, system relationships, and supporting documentation using tools such as Lucidchart
• Assist with technology roadmap planning and strategic initiatives
• Analyze system dependencies, integrations, interfaces, and data flows across applications and business processes
• Participate in architecture governance activities, design reviews, and technology planning discussions
• Support maintenance of architecture repositories and documentation, including LeanIX and related tools
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to evaluate solution options and technology impacts
• Help identify opportunities for standardization, reuse, and process improvement
• Ensure technology solutions consider security, resilience, disaster recovery, and operational requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Business Systems Analysis, or related technology roles
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and technology ecosystems
• Experience creating technical diagrams, documentation, and architecture artifacts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter with a consultative mindset and a desire to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to architecture governance, architecture review processes, or enterprise architecture concepts
• Experience with Lucidchart, Visio, or similar modeling tools
• Familiarity with LeanIX or other architecture repositories
• Experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
• Healthcare industry experience
• Interest in Enterprise Architecture, technology strategy, and organizational planning
