Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP and eligibility for school credentialing
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience working in pediatric settings or schools highly valued
• Proficient in delivering teletherapy services using virtual platforms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver therapy in both traditional and virtual formats, per student needs
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress and share strategies
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school and district protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
• Actively contribute to a culture of respect, empathy, and growth
