Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:As the Associate Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you will be responsible for leading the organization’s risk management initiatives. You will conduct project-based risk assessments and manage the enterprise risk assessment process to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks across the enterprise. Your role will involve continuous program enhancements to improve the company’s risk posture, ensuring that risks are effectively managed in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.In this role, you will:Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Risk Assessment:Lead the development and execution of the enterprise risk assessment processIdentify and evaluate risks across the organization, including strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and reputational risksDevelop risk profiles and heat maps to communicate risk levels and trends to senior management and the board of directorsProject-Based Risk Assessments:Conduct risk assessments for specific projects, initiatives, and business processesCollaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and report on the status of risk mitigation activities for key projectsRisk Mitigation and Management:Work with business units and subject matter experts to develop and implement risk mitigation plansMonitor and report on the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategiesProgram Enhancements:Continuously improve the enterprise risk management program to enhance the company’s risk postureIdentify and implement best practices and emerging trends in risk managementDevelop and deliver risk management training and awareness programs for employeesReporting and Communication:Prepare and present risk assessment reports to senior management and the board of directorsCommunicate risk management activities and outcomes to stakeholders across the organizationMaintain documentation of risk assessments, mitigation plans, and risk management activitiesCollaboration and Leadership:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a risk-aware cultureServe as a subject matter expert on the enterprise risk management framework and provide guidance to business unitsRegulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standardsMonitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the organization’s risk management activities#LI-HybridWhat we look for:Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred8+ years of experience in risk management, with a focus on enterprise risk managementProfessional certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), or similarProven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsLeadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop a teamKnowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk managementStrong project management skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environmentPreferred Skills:Experience in a similar role within CPG companiesFamiliarity with risk management software and toolsWorkplace type:Seeking candidates for a hybrid work opportunity, combining the best of both worlds with 3 days in the office.
