What Were Looking For:

A dependable and detail-oriented Steward who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all kitchen and back-of-house this role youll ensure dishes glassware silverware and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned sanitized and ready for service. Working closely with culinary banquet and outlet teams youll play a vital part in creating smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

What Youll Do:

• Wash and sanitize dishes cookware utensils and glassware to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

• Operate dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning when needed to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Organize and store cleaned items in their designated areas for easy access and smooth operations.

• Keep kitchen floors walls counters and equipment spotless creating a safe and sanitary work environment.

• Support culinary banquet and outlet teams by organizing equipment and supplies for seamless service.

• Deliver clean plates utensils and other essentials to kitchen or service areas promptly.

• Collect and dispose of trash recycling and food waste according to hotel standards maintaining cleanliness in all disposal areas.

• Sanitize trash bins and maintain cleanliness in waste management zones.

• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and restock as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

• Report broken or malfunctioning equipment promptly to the Executive Steward or Stewarding Supervisor.

• Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow all established safety procedures.

• Adhere to health and sanitation guidelines including proper food handling practices.

• Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe organized and compliant work environment.

• Participate in regular safety training and team meetings to stay informed and prepared.

• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include :

• Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or hospitality-related work preferred.

• Must have multi-tasking skills internal/external customer service skills.

• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting heavy items standing for long periods and operating cleaning equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights weekends and holidays as needed.
