Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual diagnostic interviews to assess clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, group, and family therapy sessions to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments and placement evaluations to ensure the right level of care is provided.

• Coordinate and deliver case management and recovery support services, ensuring clients receive necessary resources for their recovery journey.

• Engage in regular consultation with multidisciplinary teams to discuss treatment approaches and strategies for client progress.

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, including treatment agencies and the probation department, to enhance care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Vibrant Growth Psychotherapy, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing treatment at our detox center. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
