What You'll Do

As a Remote Sales Team Leader , you'll combine personal client responsibilities with mentorship, coaching, and team development.

Coach, Mentor & Develop Representatives

Your leadership responsibilities may include:

• Mentor and support developing representatives

• Assist with onboarding and professional development

• Conduct virtual coaching and training sessions

• Help representatives strengthen communication and presentation skills

• Coach consultative sales and client-service techniques

• Establish individual and team performance goals

You'll continue working directly with individuals and families by:

• Conducting scheduled Zoom and phone consultations
