Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications aligned to modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
Build scalable frontend applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript.
Build backend APIs and microservices using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Own delivery end to end from design through production support.
Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of Full Stack experience.
Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript.
Backend expertise in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
Strong AWS experience.
Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD.
Jest, Cypress, Datadog, CloudWatch.
Strong system design, networking, and security fundamentals.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Experience mentoring teams and driving technical leadership.
