Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Appleton, WI Duration: 4 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00PM (Monday to Thursday - Onsite Friday - Remote) (Hybrid) Note: Those Candidates who can work on W2 basis without any sponsorship are encouraged to apply Job Description We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Corporate Recruiter) to join our team and drive full-cycle talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will manage full cycle recruitment with some high-volume requisitions, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and leverage data to inform hiring decisions. This position requires adaptability, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Job Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from application review to coordinating interviews to offer process, ensuring quality candidates are presented to hiring managers. Successfully manage corporate requisitions with volumes ranging between 10-18 positions. Req counts may fluctuate based on business needs and peak times. This role will focus on sales/business development recruitment, intern recruitment and other roles based on business need (finance, marketing, etc.). Conduct thorough interviews to ensure quality candidates are presented to hiring managers. Ensure presentation of diverse candidate slates for consideration. Keep all job postings up to date. Provide a positive candidate experience by answering questions and communicating expectations. Manage background check and drug screen processes, partnering with the compliance team when necessary. Demonstrate working knowledge of employment laws and other applicable regulations for assigned territory. Navigate change and ambiguity, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to shifting priorities or business needs. Qualifications 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience. Experience in sourcing and building relationships with passive candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and local/national job boards. Knowledge of HRIS/applicant tracking system (we use Workday), CRM, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong working knowledge of recruitment, benefits, safety, compensation systems, team member relations, unemployment, and worker’s compensation. Ability to quickly adapt to the constantly evolving recruitment landscape. Strong process orientation and detailed analytic capabilities. Excellent communicator and listener who is assertive yet personable and flexible. Possesses high integrity, confidentiality, loyalty, compassion, and maintains confidentiality of all company and customer information.
