Technical Solutions Engineer – Epic – Madison, WI Epic is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. You will work on software that impacts 305 million patients worldwide. You will diagnose problems, identify solutions, and implement changes across multiple locations and stakeholders. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will tackle mission‑critical and complex problems. You will collaborate with customer counterparts and ensure solutions are implemented effectively. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex software issues for 305 million patients globally. Identify root causes and implement solutions across multiple physical locations and stakeholders. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver mission‑critical solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or greater. Academic excellence or professional success. Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations. Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed). COVID‑19 vaccination.
