Seafood Processor

Job Title

Location: Redmond, WA

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $22.55/hour

Responsibilities

• Process seafood products including fish, fish eggs, and crab
• Cut, fillet, skin, stack, and prepare fish products
• Weigh and package products for shipment
• Load and unload products into water bins for thawing and processing
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Perform basic math calculations to combine and verify product weights
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with general production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic math skills required
• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred
• Knife skills and fish processing experience are a plus
• Experience operating a band saw is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
