Skilled Carpenter / Construction Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Skilled Carpenter / Construction Technician to join our growing team. This position supports our pest control and property services operations by performing structural repairs and construction work related to homes and buildings.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and construction work related to pest damage and property maintenance
Build and repair patios, decks, roofing, fascia boards, eaves, and drywall
Assist with roof repairs and structural wood repairs
Complete light painting and finishing work
Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding project progress
Maintain job sites safely and professionally

Qualifications

Experience in carpentry or general construction
Roofing repair experience is a plus
Experience repairing or building decks, patios, fascia boards, drywall, or roofing
Painting experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a team environment
Strong customer communication skills

Requirements

Reliable transportation or work truck
Valid Driver’s License
Familiarity with the Southern California area
