Corporate Facilities & Engineering Senior Manager (Remote Global Reliability Network Lead)

Amgen seeks a Corporate Facilities & Engineering Senior Manager to lead the Global Reliability Network, overseeing asset reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and operational capacity across manufacturing sites. The role combines technical leadership of reliability engineers and site teams with strategic responsibility for enterprise asset performance systems and data-driven improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global network of site reliability engineers, maintenance leaders, and technical experts
• Develop and execute reliability network strategy, goals, and maturity plans across Amgen sites
• Convert CMMS data and asset performance insights into corrective actions and equipment improvements
• Define and maintain risk-based asset criticality and maintenance strategies across the organization
• Partner with technology teams to support Asset Performance Monitoring and PlantPulse deployment and adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 6 years of engineering industry experience
• Experience in maintenance, reliability, asset management, or manufacturing operations
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP, Maximo, or equivalent platforms
• Knowledge of asset criticality, RCM, FMEA, RCA, and predictive maintenance methodologies
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple sites or globally
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities
• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, or SAP Analytics Cloud
