Data Analyst IIILocation: Arlington, VAPay: $45/hr- 50/hrDuration: 12 MonthsWhat You'll Do:Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSightPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs/metricsAnalyze large data sets and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Develop Python automation for reporting and analytics workflowsWork with data services including S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, and LambdaReview ETL/ELT pipelines, Airflow DAGs, code, and data lineageCollaborate with engineering teams on data integration and technical solutionsUse AI/GenAI tools to improve coding, troubleshooting, and automationTranslate business needs into scalable technical data solutionsWhat We're Looking For:7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Analytics EngineeringAdvanced SQL and strong Python skillsExperience with ETL/ELT and data pipelinesStrong dashboard and KPI development experienceExcellent stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skillsExperience with AWS data servicesStrong balance of technical (60%) and business-facing (40%) experienceAbility to explain end-to-end ownership of dashboards, KPIs, and analytics projectsPlus:Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfillment, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Transportation, or Fleet Analytics, along with QuickSight, Airflow, or GenAI experience.The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
