Exciting opportunities are available for enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) seeking contract positions in the Seattle, WA area. Multiple roles are open for both onsite and virtual SLPs to provide essential services in diverse school settings, supporting students from elementary to high school. Collaborate with staff and families, implement individualized therapy plans, and foster communication success for students—from now through June 2027.

Openings are available at the following sites with flexible part- and full-time options:

• South Kitsap High School: 0.8 FTE (4 days/week)
• East Port Orchard Elementary: 0.6 FTE (3 days/week)
• Orchard Heights Elementary: 1.0 FTE (5 days/week)
• Sunnyslope Elementary: 0.4 FTE (2 days/week)

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Washington SLP License
• Current ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Completion of OSPI fingerprinting
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Your role will involve:

• Conducting screenings, evaluations, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Developing and implementing IEPs in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Providing direct and consultative services, both in-person and virtually
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with state and federal guidelines
• Participating in school meetings and professional development as needed
