• Crack prints and manuals to zero in on faults and unleash spot-on repairs that stick.
• Rally with customers, contractors, and trades to squash issues fast and lock in powerhouse partnerships.
• Lock down bulletproof safety protocols, nailing OSHA standards and cutting-edge best practices.
• Own quality control on services and QC our production projects, making sure every job hits our sky-high benchmarks.
• Fire up system commissions post-repair to verify they're roaring at max efficiency.
• Jump in to back other teams when the call comes, supercharging company triumphs.
• Tackle solo runs on everyday gigs, keeping your gear and vehicle razor-sharp.
• Hit the road for occasional site missions, with potential overnight adventures.

What Makes You a Game-Changer:

• Proven Grit: 2+ years battling HVAC service, mechanical mysteries, and print/manual decoding. Geothermal or renewables? Extra firepower, but not a dealbreaker.
• Key Gear: Clean driver's license and your own reliable vehicle. HVAC badges like EPA 608? Gold star (or geared up to grab one fast—we'll fuel the quest!). OSHA 10/30? Bonus points (or commit to crushing it pre-launch, on our dime).
• Superpowers: Ironclad mechanical chops, innate leadership spark, and killer communication skills that rally teams and charm clients/partners.
• Fire in the Belly: High-energy, team-fueled drive ignited by renewable tech and a craving to dominate a slick, high-octane unit—zero fear of heights or tight squeezes.
