Plant Lean Continuous Improvement Manager II

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager II to develop, coordinate, and sustain CI initiatives within the manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Plant Director, you will lead improvement projects, train employees to lead similar initiatives, and foster a Lean mindset on the production floor. You will collaborate with the Plant Leadership Team to deploy CI strategies, drive cost savings, and ensure safety and quality standards across the facility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Refresco
