Position Information:

Department: ICU/CCU
Role: Registered Nurse
Specialty: Intensive Care Unit
Number of Openings: 1
Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: As Needed/Every Other
Call Requirements: As Needed

Qualifications:

Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB, NIH
Years of Experience: 1-2 years in ICU
Float Requirements: Yes, with a patient ratio of 1:6

Unit Information:

Number of Beds: 8
Patient Ratios: 1:2-3
EHR: Cerner
Supervised by: Inpatient Nursing Manager
Patient Population: Serves all ages

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience: Prior ICU experience.
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Experience handling high acuity cases.
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Respiratory Failure
Required Education: Education, licensure, and certification required to work as an RN in the state.

Dress Code:

Scrub Color: Any color of traveler's choosing.
Unacceptable Attire: Casual wear is not permitted.

Orientation: Weekly orientation is held on Mondays.
