Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments for inpatient rehab patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinical protocols and facility guidelines.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and self-care techniques.
• Participate in facility safety and emergency response initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Active SC or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License at the start of contract.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in physical therapy.
• Proven ability to deliver patient-centered care in an inpatient setting.
• Experience utilizing Epic for patient charting preferred.
• Must be willing to work 1 weekend per month, with potential holiday work.
