The role balances customer engagement, partner enablement, and scalable technical strategy to influence revenue growth and customer outcomes at scale.ResponsibilitiesLead technical discovery for partner-led opportunities, ensuring alignment to repeatable solution patternsGuide partners and ARs in designing and positioning Autodesk solutions aligned to best practicesDevelop and maintain territory-level technical roadmaps and reusable enablement assetsProactively identify expansion opportunities and influence partner-led upsell and cross-sell motionsOrchestrate specialist engagement when required, ensuring partner-first executionAct as a trusted technical advisor to partner technical leads and sales teamsCo-develops territory and account plans with ARs and Partner ManagersAdvises sales on technical engagement thresholds and partner readinessSupports Customer Success alignment for adoption and expansionMinimum QualificationsStrong technical proficiency across Autodesk solutions relevant to the territoryFamiliarity of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Civil 3D, Forma, Revit, and/or related solutionsAbility to design scalable, partner-executable technical approachesSound business judgment in prioritizing technical investment and engagementStrong storytelling and persuasion skills tailored to partners and mid-market customersCapability to mentor junior ATLs and partnersLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $126,200 and $226,160. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
