CPM: $.63 - $.66 (weekly average: $1150+)

PLUS $15 PER STOP (not 1st and last stop)

NO SAP DRIVERS ON THIS ACCOUNT

MOVING VIOLATIONS:

• No more than 3 in the last 3 years

• No more than 2 in the last 12 months
