Benny and Sons Body Shop is looking for a skilled Collision Refinish Technician to join our team in Rockford, IL. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles, specializing in collision repair, painting, and vehicle restoration services. Daily Responsibilities: Perform collision repair and refinishing on a variety of vehicles Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Utilize hand tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to complete repairs Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Required Skills: Experience in automotive repair and maintenance Knowledge of electrical systems and hydraulics Ability to perform general repair and preventive maintenance tasks Strong attention to detail and quality control inspection skills ASE Certification and/or relevant training in automotive repair Nice to Have Skills: Experience with commercial driver's license and vehicle inspections Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Ability to perform diagnostic testing and installations Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $42,430.00 Maximum Salary: $60,190.00 Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance 401(k), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) Flexible Schedules, Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay Paid Time Off, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability Company Information: Benny and Sons Body Shop is an auto body repair shop in Rockford, Illinois, specializing in collision repair, painting, and vehicle restoration services.
