This Senior Information Technology Engineer role supports a large-scale ecosystem befitting a 600+ bedcount, community-first healthcare organization, optimizing EHR connectivity, device interoperability, secure network architecture, and clinician-friendly tools that streamline workflows and improve bedside care. Responsibilities Partner closely with Clinical Informatics, Nursing leadership, Pharmacy, perioperative services, Biomedical Engineering, and Revenue Cycle. Architect and administer servers and virtualization, storage/backup and disaster recovery, identity and access management, secure network segmentation, automation and scripting, observability, ITIL-based change control, and HIPAA/NIST-aligned cybersecurity. Advance EHR interfaces (HL7/FHIR), SSO, and cloud services to deliver reliable, fast, and intuitive technology clinicians love.
