Summary:

Job Details:

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - Must have active Ohio license or an active compact state license in hand. - AHA BLS & ACLS certifications are required. - ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate must be completed with an acceptable score during orientation. - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines are required, with only medical or religious exemptions allowed. - ONE reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. **Preferred or Additional Qualifications:** - PBDS Assessment is waived. **Compliance and Additional Requirements:** - Must complete BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing the contract. - Facility does not accept any license hits. - Extensions are possible for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required. - Modules are to be completed pre-start and annually, and are recorded via Silkroad. **Notes:** - Permanent Ohio license needed at time of submission if applying for the position from outside a compact state. - Local candidates are accepted at the same base rate. - Facility has a strict do-not-call policy.
