Discover more about our Archbald, Pennsylvania location.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with 2 years of professional experience, a related Master's degree, or equivalent combined education/experience.Practices using causal analysis tools to drivecorrective and preventive actions.Willingness/ability to travel to support program issues/needs as they arise.Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and supportengineering activities related to special processsurveys and supplier issues.Ability to pass visual acuity and color perception exam.Ability to obtain a clearance.Desired Skills:Knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical blueprint reading, critical design attributes and auditing/surveying capabilities.Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.ASQ CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) and / or CQIA (Certified Quality Improvement Associate).SAP Application Experience.IPC/J-STD, GD&T familiarity.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Strong communication (both oral and written) will be necessary to support the assignment.Be able to effectively communicate withCustomer, Program team and other functionaldepartments.First Article Inspection (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 experience.Special Process Engineering Experience.Strong problem solving skills, corrective action and causal analysis techniques.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
