Assembler

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble products, operate equipment, perform quality checks, and prepare finished goods for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and blueprints
• Perform quality inspections to ensure all products meet company standards
• Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Operate warehouse and production equipment safely and effectively
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and report equipment concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Safety-conscious mindset with willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance required
