We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse to join our long-term care team at Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing in Kutztown, PA. As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional care to our residents while enjoying a supportive and team-focused environment.

All Shifts Available:

• 7:00a-3:00p Part Time
• 3:00pm–11:00pm Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
• New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
