Position Summary The Store Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including leading a team, driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service. This individual plays a key leadership role in building a performance-driven culture that aligns with Batteries Plus' mission and values. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team. Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a positive and productive team environment. Sales & Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals. Ensure every customer receives outstanding service through all touchpoints. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance. Maintain accurate records for sales, labor, scheduling, and inventory. Ensure proper execution of safety and security procedures. Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses to meet or exceed budget goals. Accurately process daily transactions and bank deposits. Utilize reports and KPIs to identify areas of improvement. Technical Services: Support and oversee technical services such as device repair and battery testing/installation. Ensure all team members are properly trained on technical services and safety protocols.
