Responsibilities:
- Execute immediate, systematic follow-up with inbound team leads and database prospects.

- Draft, negotiate, and manage state-compliant purchase and sale agreements.
- Maintain clean client records and pipeline tracking within our team CRM.
Qualifications:
- Active Washington Real Estate License (Required).
- Strong local knowledge of Shoreline, Seattle, Bothell, Edmonds, Kirkland, and surrounding North Sound communities.
- Tech-fluent mindset and quick adoption of CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
- Growth-oriented, competitive work ethic with a strong desire to scale a six-figure business.
Target Markets: Shoreline, Seattle, Kenmore, Bothell, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Kirkland, Lake Forest Park, and Marysville.
