Senior Project Manager - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Side Project Manager with PBM/Healthcare experience - Remote position with a Major Healthcare Company located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. Pay range: $42-45 per hour w-2 Successful candidates for this position will be highly motivated, self-starting, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the team. This role is part of a large team of over 90 project managers supporting the entire Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business, including home delivery and specialty pharmacies. Responsibilities: Contribute, lead and own the development of program/project scope statements (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document), Project/Program Plans, Communication Plans and Status/Issue Reporting Coordinate, own and provide input on project/program schedule, budget, scope, benefit and quality Develop, coordinate and complete assigned project/program work on time and on budget with assigned resources Develop/contribute to project budgets/forecasts, drive capture of project economics (e.g., cost/benefit analysis, capital planning, staffing impact analysis/assessment) and assist in obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders Actively address issues, challenges and problems that arise during the course of the project/program, finding the right resources to resolve the issue, escalating when necessary, and driving issues to closure Requirements: 5+ years of project management experience or similar experience Previous experience in a cross-matrixed enterprise environment Strong executive communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities Ability to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, and actions and implement across organizational boundaries Healthcare, PBM or pharmacy experience Desired skills: Business operations strategy definition and execution in a matrixed organization Familiarity with the client's products & services Experience with Smartsheet If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
