Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Central Indiana, IN Employer: All Medical Personnel Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician Location: Indiana Position Overview Provide primary care and wellness services in an employer sponsored outpatient clinic setting. Care focuses on proactive health, chronic disease management, and patient education. Schedule Per diem clinic shifts (daytime). Clinical Scope Outpatient primary care and wellness Patients age 2 and older Medication management as clinically appropriate Collaborate with the onsite clinical team Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted NP, PA, or physician license in Indiana National certification (for NP/PA) as applicable DEA registration Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
