Senior Validation Engineer II | Right-First-Time Expert

Takeda is seeking a Validation Engineer to lead CD/PQ/CV/PV/RV activities at the Thousand Oaks site. You will act as SME on equipment, computerized systems, facilities, and utilities, guiding cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure on-time, compliant validation deliverables.
You will maintain inspection readiness, support Health Authority inspections, and drive continuous improvement in Right First-Time execution.
