Complimentary access to wellness classes & programming Complimentary shift meal Generous Team Member & Friends & Family Resort rates and discounts Requirements We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Room Setup & Breakdown: Set up tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment according to banquet event orders (BEOs). Arrange staging, dance floors, podiums, and audio-visual equipment as requested. Disassemble setups and return equipment to designated storage areas after events. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of banquet spaces, ensuring they are presentable before and after events. Inspect and report any damaged or missing equipment to the Banquet Manager. Event Preparation: Collaborate with the Banquet Manager and catering staff to confirm event layouts and requirements. Ensure proper placement of signage, decorations, and other event materials. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols while handling furniture, equipment, and electrical systems. Ensure all setups comply with local fire and safety regulations. Work closely with the banquet team and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Respond to last-minute changes or adjustments to setups promptly and efficiently. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in banquet or event setup preferred, but not required. Experience in hospitality or resort settings is a plus. Skills & Abilities: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
