Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Hospice | 13-Week Contract

Facility: Hoag Health System
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Duration: 13 Weeks (LOA Coverage)
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Setting: Hospice/Home Health Patient Homes

Job Responsibilities

Provide personal care to hospice patients in their homes.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines.
Document patient care accurately.
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Travel locally between patient homes.

Requirements

Active California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
Current BLS Certification .
Active California Home Care Aide Registry registration.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous Home Health and/or Hospice experience required.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable, insured personal vehicle.
Comfortable providing end-of-life care.
