Position Highlights Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists Behavioral health providers are integrated into the primary care teams State of the art/award winning EMR System Compensation & Benefits Highlights Compensation based on quality, not quantity Dedicated CME Time & Allowance Robust retirement package including employer funded contributions Company paid malpractice insurance and tail coverage Physician partnership opportunities with OptumCare Required Qualifications BC/ BE in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts Active DEA License Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $229,500 to$378,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
