ASSEMBLY OPERATOR II - 1ST SHIFT

Assembly Operator II - 1st Shift

Shift and Schedule: This position will be working 1st shift. Monday through Thursday 5:30am-4pm

Job Requirements:

• Read and follow drawings/prints and work instructions
• Become proficient in all assembly and special processes as required
• Gather and record data accurately
• Detect and correct errors utilizing established company communication and quality methodology
• Meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment, perform daily hour by hour boards, 5S, autonomous maintenance checks, material issuing and all other forms of documentation with work performed

Compensation:

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.00 - $22.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
