The role leads Area Managers, drives enterprise initiatives, standardizes operations, and strengthens infrastructure, with travel to all locations and a hybrid work model in Illinois. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-site healthcare or dental ops leadership, strong financial acumen, and experience with SOPs, KPIs, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Bright Direction Dental LLC.
