Additional Qualifications/Requirements SCHEDULE ROTATING 5AM-8PM, SATURDAY-FRIDAY, TO INCLUDE EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS. SCHEDULE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH PROPER NOTICE.IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK, HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE, ADVANCED COMPUTER SKILLS, AND STRONG VERBAL & WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS. EXPERIENCE WITH ORDERING & RECEIVING PREFERRED. THIS CAN BE A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT, SO ABILITY TO BE FLEXIBLE WITH JOB REQUIREMENTS IS NEEDED.MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50LBS, BEND, REACH, STOOP, SQUAT, AND STAND FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME. WILL BE REQUIRED TO PASS FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATION AND FUEL CERTIFICATION WITHIN 60 DAYS OF HIRE. Salary Minimum $20.60 Salary Maximum $34.46 Major Duties Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction. Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth. Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
