Job Description Job Description This position is located in Warren, MI Hiring Construction & Concrete staff to start immediately and stay with the team for future seasons. Pay rate starts at $26.00 per hour, and up to $37.00+ per hour depending on experience, skill set and roll on crew. This position(s) offers a variety of work. We prefer you have the following: Opportunity for prevailing wage work $40+ per hour Experience working with concrete – including forming, raking, and/or finishing concrete Experience working with asphalt
– Experience and knowledge of basic construction practices, tools, equipment operation Understand grades, grading, and basic drainage General labor duties Strong Work Ethic Team Player We want individuals that work hard, work well in a team, and are committed to doing their job well. Must have a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to get to our shop daily. Seasonal bonus offered based on performance. Health Insurance available (Blue Cross/Blue Shield). Winter work includes Snow Removal: plow snow in pick-up truck, operate machine with push box, or clear sidewalks with snow blowers, shovels. Additional snow bonus offered.
