Key Responsibilities
- Management of Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise the front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain a positive work environment.
- Daily Revenue Oversight: Monitor and manage daily revenue and financial transactions.
- General Cleaning and Food Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service and support to customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Cash and Register Handling: Accurately handle cash management and register operations.
- Employee Motivation: Foster a motivated and engaged team through effective leadership and support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
