Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and using best practices for various bag types. Assist in removing customer's merchandise from bottom of bascarts for checkout. Help customers load bags into their cars. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials. Return merchandise to store shelves and gather bascarts. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash. Handle seasonal merchandise and understand store layout for locating products and conducting price checks. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations. Inspect equipment and report repairs needed. Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with questions about products. Follow all laws, regulations, and company guidelines. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with honesty and integrity. Assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
