Hotel Sales Manager | Luxury Boutique Hospitality

We're seeking a polished, relationship-driven Hotel Sales Manager who thrives in luxury hospitality and knows how to turn connections into long-term business.

What you'll do:

Drive group, corporate, and association hotel room sales
Build and grow key local and regional accounts
Curate seamless, high-touch guest and event experiences
Partner closely with operations to deliver excellence at every touchpoint

What you bring:

2+ years in upscale/luxury hotel sales
Strong local network or ability to quickly build one
Proven success in revenue generation and account development
Professional presence, detail-driven, and highly organized
