Main responsibilities: Assist in overseeing and coordinate all front‑end operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service Support customer service programs and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Provide checkout support as needed, including register functions and customer assistance Support front-end activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operations. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front‑end environment Assist with cash handling processes including tills, safe counts, reconciliation, refunds, and transactions. Assist with monitoring inventory and ordering front‑end supplies and materials. Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing front‑end associates and supervisors.Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the department Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentation Assume responsibility for front‑end operations in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.
