Residential AV Project Manager - San Francisco, CA

Topa Group, Inc. is partnered with a Residential AV Integrator in San Francisco, CA. We are looking to hire a Residential AV Project Manager. Position Overview The Residential AV Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple high-end projects simultaneously, coordinating internal teams and external trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage residential AV projects from design review through completion Coordinate with homeowners, builders, architects, designers, and vendors Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation Oversee field technicians and subcontractors Lead site meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders Ensure quality control, system functionality, and client satisfaction Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project closeout Required Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in residential AV or smart home integration Extensive experience managing high-end / luxury residential projects Strong understanding of AV, networking, lighting control, and smart home systems Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency with project management tools and documentation Preferred Technical Experience (a Plus) Lighting/Shading: Lutron Competitive salary: $100k – $120k, based on experience Opportunity to work on premier residential projects across the Bay Area Collaborative, professional team environment Long-term growth opportunities within the company #J-18808-Ljbffr Topa Group, Inc.
