Project Support Analyst

IDR is seeking a Project Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting a state's project management office (PMO) by coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and tracking project activities. Position Overview for the Project Support Analyst: Support project coordination activities across multiple teams and stakeholders Prepare agendas, capture detailed meeting minutes, and track action items Organize and maintain project documentation and artifacts Assist with updating project trackers, logs, and reports Support project leadership with day-to-day coordination needs Requirements for the Project Support Analyst: Experience supporting project coordination, PMO, project analyst, or project support functions (3-5+ years) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience managing multiple meetings, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously Strong written communication skills, including meeting minutes and documentation creation Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint What's in it for you?
