Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care within a dynamic medical environment.

Duties
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, recording patient history, and preparing patients for examinations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of medical information.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care plans and follow-up instructions.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety regulations within the facility.
- Support inpatient care by assisting with daily activities and monitoring patient progress.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in patient care within a medical or clinical setting is preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Familiarity with medical-surgical practices is a plus.
- Ability to take vital signs accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.83 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
