Find out more: Role Overview Join our team at Business and Finance Solutions (BFS) as a Training Specialist. We provide vital administrative, financial, and business support to various campus organizations and departments. We are seeking individuals who can excel in collaboration and producing innovative training materials for UCLA's administrative staff. In this role, you will work under the direction of the Training Lead and assist with planning and facilitating training sessions on essential financial functions. You will also be responsible for producing visually appealing training materials using tools like Canva, managing special projects, and ensuring the functionality and relevance of digital instructional resources. Key Responsibilities Work under the direction of the Training Lead. Assist with planning and facilitating training sessions on essential financial functions. Qualifications Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in training and change management. Compensation and Employment Salary: $5,400 - $11,467 monthly (minimum posted $7,500 monthly). 12‑month contract with potential extension based on departmental needs and budgetary restrictions. Hybrid; office at 10920 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90024. Expect to be in the office at least once a month or on designated BFS OPS team days.
