Senior Benefits Associate | Direct Hire | NYC

I’m working with a growing financial services firm that is looking to add a Senior Benefits Associate to their People & Culture team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning benefits operations and being the go-to person for employees, vendors, and internal teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own day-to-day benefits administration for approximately 600-700 US employees
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and vendor relationships
• Manage benefits throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, qualifying life events, leaves, and offboarding
• Handle benefits reconciliations, payroll deductions, vendor invoices, and billing discrepancies
• Partner with vendors, Payroll, Finance, and People & Culture
• Lead the annual open enrollment process from planning through execution
• Maintain benefits data and ensure accuracy across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems
• Support benefits reporting and compliance

What they’re looking for:

• 4–6 years of hands-on benefits administration experience
• Strong experience with benefits operations, reconciliations, and vendor management
• Experience supporting open enrollment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Details:

• $120K base + bonus
• NYC – 4 days onsite/week, with some flexibility for the right person
• Direct Hire
