Salary: $55,000 annually ($26.44/hour) + Uncapped Commission

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

In this role, you'll contact business vendors on behalf of major insurance carriers to help them transition from traditional paper check payments to faster, more convenient digital payment solutions.

What You'll Do

• Make 55-65 outbound calls daily to vendors regarding claim payments
• Educate vendors on the benefits of receiving payments electronically
• Enroll vendors into virtual card and direct deposit payment programs
• Verify payment and contact information
• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Manage a targeted list of accounts independently
• Utilize CRM and company systems to track activity and results
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on every interaction

Typical Day

• Average 55-65 outbound calls
• 2.5-3 hours of active talk time
• Work with vendors regarding insurance claim payments
• Enroll an average of 9-10 vendors per day
• Handle objections and explain the advantages of digital payment options

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous outbound sales, inside sales, collections, call center, or customer service experience
• Experience meeting performance metrics or sales goals

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Salesforce experience is a plus
