Your responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive first impressions. Managing the corporate reception area, visitor registration, and access control. Issuing visitor credentials and maintaining access records. Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to security concerns. Communicating professionally with corporate leadership, employees, and visitors. Preparing accurate daily activity and incident reports. Conducting routine interior and exterior foot patrols. Responding confidently and professionally to emergencies. Supporting a culture of safety, professionalism, and outstanding service. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following experience will help you succeed in this role: Experience in corporate security, concierge, front desk, hospitality, reception, customer service, or administrative support. Experience working in a Class A office building, corporate headquarters, hotel, financial institution, or professional business environment. Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, email, and basic computer applications. Experience with visitor management systems, access control, or CCTV monitoring is a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Minimum Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Authorized to work in the United States. Reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Downtown Pittsburgh. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, executives, visitors, and emergency personnel. Strong written communication skills with the ability to complete accurate daily activity and incident reports. Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry. Stable work history demonstrates reliability and professionalism. Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comprehensive background investigation. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a Fortune 500 corporate environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
